What can I expect in a Personal Training session?
On your first session we will take time to discuss your goals, likes and dislikes to make sure that the sessions are tailored specifically to you, your individual needs and lifestyle.
You will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire before I assess your overall fitness levels and record some body measurements so we can track your progress.
All of this information will be used to create your own personalised fitness programme, whatever your goal might be:
• Lose weight
• Decrease body fat
• Increase muscle mass
• Improve sports performance
• Increase activity and fitness levels
• Be in shape for an upcoming event- holiday/wedding...
